My First Blog

Well everyone...Courtney told me that I needed to get a blog, so I am doing it now. Today I am sitting in the hospital in a restricted room. For those of you who don't know what that means...It is a room for people with highly contagious diseases.. I take care of an old lady for a living, and she happened to develop some kind of disease that means that she needs to be in here. She has dementia, and it is really sad because she can't remember what happened from minute to minute. She is in a lot of pain, but every two minutes, it's a whole new thing, and she can't remember why it's hurting. So - I get to scrub down every day and come in here to sit with her. I have to wear gloves and a gown and I have to change them if I go outside, because I could get other people sick. It's super exciting. Right now we are watching Dr. Phil, and I am trying to learn every bone in the human body so that anatomy will be easier for me in the fall. YAY.
